Our client is looking for a SAP Energy Assessor to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.

To be considered for this SAP Energy Assessor role you will have:

  • On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor (Desirable)
  • Brilliant time management and communication skills
  • Experience of writing energy/sustainability strategies (Desirable)
  • Excellent relationship building and positive 'cando' attitude
  • Knowledge of nonresidential development (Desirable)
Working as a SAP Energy Assessor you will;

  • Complete SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients achieve compliance with Part L
  • Deliver technical support to clients
  • Generate energy statements for planning
  • Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
  • Measure buildings for low carbon
