Search Consultancy is working with a client within the health insurance sector to recruit a Senior Customer Marketing Manager on a 6 month temporary contract.

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Engagement Marketing your purpose will be to drive increased customer retention, value and profitability from existing customers through targeted marketing.


Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retention, crosssell, upsell, and renewal strategies to improve customer value and profitability.
  • Design a crosssell, upsell, and renewal framework to understand the existing base, size the opportunity, and ongoing tracking and measurement of KPI's.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop the right analytical tools to support activity; such as propensity modelling, next best product, and value segmentation.
  • Work closely with the product team on the marketing of new product features or solutions that help achieve our crosssell and upsell objectives.
  • Relentless pursuit of data to inform campaign strategy as well as to review the impact of Customer Engagement on business KPIs.
  • Experience working with a transactions customer database, customer engagement and inlife targeted marketing
  • Experience working in organizations with an emphasis on database marketing, working with analytic to develop targeting tools such as selection criteria and propensity modelling
  • Ability to prioritise and rapidly change direction as priorities shift and consistently drive results
  • Highly commercial and numerate
  • Creative and innovative mind set
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
