Food Manufacturing Recruitment Manager

Basic Salary £40k-£50K DOE OTE £80K, Share Ownership Scheme

Woking/ Potential for Home based

Description:

After having successfully operating within Public sector and Sales we have developed a new desk within Food manufacturing. We have worked with few big companies in the past.


We are looking for an ambitious and money hungry individual who will be able to help us to build that desk from scratch and manage the desk.

You will be also an important member of the leadership team where your opinions and suggestions will be consideredto make future decision.

You should come with experience of managing small team of consultants within an agency.

We are looking for specifically some one with the experience of food manufacturing recruitment or technical recruitment in manufacturing industry.


Our target is to build the team of 12-15 consultants in the next three years so someone who has got experience of strategizing the business is really important.


The role will be very much hands on from the day one as this is a new desk and will have to build this desk business from scratch, but rewards and benefits are much higher than normal agency.

This is not an account manager role so new business experienceis 100% must.


Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience of managing a team in a recruitment agency
  • Experience of Food manufacturing recruitment
  • Proven track record of meeting own and team targets.
  • Experience of new business is essential.
  • Having a good contact book with clients is beneficial.
  • Entrepreneurial qualities are really important for this role.
  • Target driven and money motivation is a must.
