This established boutique office in London is looking for an EA/Travel Coordinator to manage the office and work alongside the founder partners.

The key part of this role is to coordinate travel for the brokers who travel across multiple time zones (global offices) often at the same time so this would suit someone who has organised travel for individuals (up to 60) and has experience of dealing with stakeholders and service providers.

A good knowledge of travel planning/itineraries and hotel booking will be a huge plus ideally within venture capital/financial services.


A fantastic role for someone who loves variety in their role as you will be responsible for managing the small office and dealing with the day to day issues around this - HR/IT/agreements/contracts etc.

As it is a small office it is not complex office management but it would be useful to have some experience in a smaller office perhaps.

Ideally this role would suit an EA/PA with minimum 5/6 years experience who has had responsibility for coordinating travel planning for large groups and the ability to priortise their own workload and use their initiative to find better deals/value etc.

EA support to the two founders will be required and you will work closely with the Executive team.
