  • We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced and dedicated school office secretary help run our busy School office. The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the School office. This is a part time post with the advantage of being term time only.
  • We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic person that will provide a friendly and professional welcome to parents, children and visitors.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone with solid office experience together with confidence in dealing with people to work in a happy and friendly yet highly professional school environment. Past experience within a school is desirable as are excellent organisational, IT and administration skills. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential as is the ability to multitask and deal with parents, teachers, pupils and staff on a daily basis.
  • The role will be on a permanent basis working part time hours between 8.45am and 4.30pm, over 3 whole days and 2 mornings, term time only with attendance at 2 inset days per annum
  • Pay:
Grade 3 £20812 pro rata - £10.79 per hour (equates to £14244pa for 30 hours TTO)
