The People Operations Lead will be responsible for creating a seamless experience throughout the entire employee life cycle for our UK and Irish teams.


Reporting into the Managing Director of UK&I with close connections to senior stakeholders in our Sales & Partner Success teams, you'll be responsible for the administration, experience and cohesion of our employee experience for the UKIE.


Directly managing a People Operations Manager, you will be hands one while ensuring an aligned and consistent approach to people operations across the business, delivering exceptional results that help improve the experience of people at Treatwell whilealigning to business goals.


You will be responsible for:


  • People systems administration and ensuring the quality & accuracy of the regional people data in our HRIS, payroll, engagement platform and more
  • Confident creating, preparing & developing reports; analysing data and communicating with leaders to support them on regional decisions.
  • Train, develop and manage the local People Operations Manager, working collaboratively to support all markets within the region.
  • Proactively support any local employee relations ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Deep understanding of UK&I HR legislation and able to learn about all regional markets.
  • Monitor our core HR processes and policies to ensure alignment and fairness across the region and the business.
  • Partner with leaders and the local People Operations team to drive employee engagement, identifying overall areas for improvement, innovation and change.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and implementation of Peoplecentric HR solutions, by staying ahead of the latest industry trends and ensuring scalability.
  • Identify & drive any local strategic projects.
  • Regularly connect with key leaders in the business to gather feedback and action initiatives that can improve our experience.

About You

  • Good understanding of HR legislation & continuously keeping up to date.
  • Excellent leadership skills and previously demonstrated managing someone. Excited to transfer your knowledge.
  • Proactive, keen to identify improvements within our systems, processes, policies
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation & attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to deliver feedback to people on all levels.
  • Datadriven and logical in your thinking.
  • Empathetic & a great listener who can demonstrate a good balance of emotional intelligence with pragmatic judgement.
  • Techsavvy and confident navigating around new systems independently.
  • Trustworthy; treating highly confidential information and situations with the utmost integrity.
