Operations Assistant (logistics)

Location:
Nuneaton, Warwickshire

Salary:
Up to £25,000

The Role:


The successful Operations Assistant will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and have the motivation to deliver great customer service to our client's customers.


Requirements:


  • Our client hires HGV Trailers to a variety of customer across the UK and your role will involve liaising with both the customer and our client's technicians and workshops. It would be good if you had some understanding of how logistics and workshops operate,and also you will need to have administration skills to deal with the paperwork involved.
  • You will be great with dealing with customers and colleagues over the telephone, reliable, organised and looking for a long term role with a large company.

Experience:


  • You will come from a customer service background, where you have a proven track record of supporting customers and colleagues over the phone.

Timings:


  • Weekly hours are 45 per week with rotational start times either 8am/9am start and 5pm/6pm finish
