Salary:
£31,886.00 per annum

Shift Rates:
£15.10 per hour (Days)

£15.35 per hour (Afternoons)

£15.60 per hour (Nights)

Position Overview:

As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be an integral part of our production team, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes days, nights, and afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely perform tool changes on various moulding machines.
Condition set Injection moulding machines from scratch.
Set 3axis Sepro and Viper robots.
Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machines operate efficiently.
Analyse cycle times and product weight to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment, emphasizing safety.

Requirements:

Experience with Billion, Engel, Arburg, and Sandretto injection moulding machines.
Familiarity with Sepro 3axis robots.
Physical fitness for tool changes on large machinery.
Experience with machinery sizes ranging from 60t1500t.
Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.

About the Role:

Competitive hourly rates with regular overtime opportunities paid at overtime rates.
Rotating days, nights, and afternoons on a 3shift pattern.
Fulltime position.
Additional shift attendance bonuses:
Afternoon shift: + £0.25 per hour
Night shift: + £0.50 per hour
