About The Role

The Nuffield Department of Medicine's (NDM), HR Centres of Excellence is seeking a well-organised HR Operations Advisor to join its team.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in all aspects of employee lifecycle support within the Department.

NDM is a busy medical/research department, comprising circa1300 staff.

The HR Operations Advisor is responsible for a portfolio of work, working closely with Business Managers, HR Operations Partner and Colleagues across the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure a professional, efficient service is provided to NDM staff.

The position is fixed term for two years in the first instance, with the possibility for extension and is funded by the Department.

About You

You will be CIPD qualified (Level 3 as a minimum) and have excellent organisation skills, relevant HR experience and the ability and willingness to develop your knowledge of employment law and regulations.

You will have experience of providing a high, quality customer service and possess know-how of where to seek relevant and accurate information, have excellent attention to detail and an ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
