About the role
As a Strategy Lead you will be a part of AMA's in-house Creative team. The primary function of this role is to act as the creative and strategic counterpart to the sales team. This role kicks in following the sales team receiving RFP from our clients.

From there, using your copywriting skills and contextual and audience data knowledge, you will be tasked with translating client briefs into effective use cases and providing solutions that optimise dynamic audio.

Next, you will work with sales to present the RFP to the client and then brief our in-house creative team to execute the campaign.


What you'll do

  • Responsible for timely delivery of Request For Proposals (RFPs). This includes the creation of scripts and pitch decks.
  • Producing solution based ideas and lines of copy at short notice.
  • Building strategic proposals and presenting them to clients in partnership with the sales team.
  • Act as AMA's creative and strategic partner.
  • Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities to grow AMA's strategic partner accounts.
  • Connecting consumer habits to our existing work and repositioning them to our client's needs.

About you:


  • Experience responding to RFPs within the adtech industry.
  • Can easily and quickly create lines of copy which are onbrand and on brief.
  • Knowledge or experience of Audio Advertising.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify and distil, often complex, briefs.
  • A great communicator with the proven ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders through superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to respectfully challenge a brief with the client and ensure that every brief we receive can lead to work we will be proud of.
  • Advanced PPT / Keynote experience.
  • You're an innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
