About The Service
24/7 Services is home to Cardiff Council's fully equipped and accredited Alarm Receiving and CCTV Centre, the ARC. The ARC offers 24/7 365 CCTV and building alarm coverage to many of Cardiff council's buildings. The Locality Warden team act as the response team for the control room. About the job
We have the exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join our team.

The team are responsible for providing a reliable and agile community response service in required buildings maintaining a high level of security.

This includes patrols of sites, challenging low level anti-social behaviour and responding to various building alarms, as directed by the CCTV control room.

Locality Wardens are based within Willcox House (Cardiff Bay), however will be relocating to County Hall in late 2023.

The Team work remotely for the majority of their day, visiting various sites and using appropriate technology to complete patrols and incident reports and to remain in contact with the CCTV control room at all times.
