Our client based in Sandy is currently recruiting for an Internal Client Management and Support Administrator to work alongside their busy team If you have excellent administrative skills and customer service experience, then don't miss out on this amazingopportunityYou will be responsible for the following tasks in agreement with your Line Manager and Directors:
- Manage client issues and maintain excellent client relationships
- day to day customer service inbox
- respond to client calls
- handling administration tasks for client accounts
- liaison with engineers to support client configuration and issue resolution
- client onboarding
- Client site analysis
- study client sites and shortlist recommendations for improvement
- pro-active liaison with clients on system and site improvements
- participate in the SDR ('Stale Data Reporting') process and provide cover for colleagues
- Post installation and service
- handle and process client communications
- manage internal client site configuration
- manage internal administrator tasks for client sites
- Client Training
- Prepare documentation
- Run Client Training Sessions (via Google Meet/Teams/Zoom)
- On occasion, you may be required to visit client sites
- Client satisfaction surveys
- Team dynamics
- Attending team meetings with active participation
- KPI's to management
- Suggestions for improvements within the organisation
- Other tasks as may from time to time be required including cover for colleagues such as Stock Handling support
Skills:
Good grammar verbal and written
Good technical knowledge
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent Administrative skills
Benefits:
Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm
£25,000-£28,000 per annum
On site parking
