The purpose of this role is to initially support our Operations Manager in reviewing our whole operations delivery model to achieve the best customer service experience possible as part of our goal to focus on quality, excellence, and reliability.

Once trained, you will then be responsible for managing the daily diary of a team of engineers dedicated to repairing and maintenance works ensuring all jobs are completed to the highest standard in the required timescale.

This will involve liaising with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the work schedule to achieve our purpose of getting the right things done right.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for planning and supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and scheduled maintenance services. You will have to ensure that we have the correct resources allocated to each area and that the engineers' work is planned in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with the clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and arranging site visits.
  • Help new and existing customers with any inquiries regarding existing works or new and potential future works.
  • Monitor and manage the daily diaries of a team of engineers to ensure all sites and jobs are completed within the required timescales.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the work schedule and satisfactory completion.
  • To participate in training and ongoing learning to help us continually improve our customer satisfaction levels.

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks and demands.
  • Highly organised approach to arranging data and information
  • Telephonebased customer service experience.
  • Database experience on people or job planning software.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity and confidence with social media to upload information based on our engineers completed work.
