SALES MERCHANDISER - Ideally located in Taunton
Mims Pottery and Errington Reay are amongst the UK's leading brands of outdoor pots and planters.

The company has been trading from its Glasgow headquarters for over 35 years and enjoys a prominent position within the UK garden centre wholesale industry.


The company has achieved considerable growth in recent times and now wishes to strengthen its team with the recruitment of an highly motivated Sales Merchandiser.

This is a full-time permanent contract.


Area:


We are recruiting for a Sales Merchandiser to support our existing South West team to service customers in the South Central and South West region.


Role:


Travelling to different locations from home to various customers' locations throughout the UK to merchandise and set up the company's products.


The role involves heavy lifting and handling of stock,
you will need to be physically fit and able to move extremely heavy loads by hand.

Training will be provided. This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors.

At times you may be required to buddy with another merchandiser to work together.

For locations that involve long distance driving, you may be required to stay away from home for a night or two.

Accommodation will be arranged by the company.


A full clean driving licence is required and applicants should be willing to travel extensively and be adaptable to longer working hours during our peak trading times.


You must have held a clean, valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years to be considered for this position.


Salary:
Starting salary £25,000 based on experience.
