Client Services Director for a Data MarTech agency
Focus on commercial, solutions delivery and team management
A newly created position in the agency as they scale

Henry Nicholas have an excellent opportunity with a very well established and leading network marketing agency who are now on the hunt for a new hire - a Client Services Director to lead the client services function of the agency by ensuring accounts continueto grow and deliver exceptional service.

The experience we need:

Proven track record in the management and development of a Client Services team within a marketing/ CRM/ data & insight/ martech environment.
At least two years' experience in a senior client services position with responsibility for delivering against set targets and KPIs and with accountability for the team's P&L.
Sound experience of working with high profile clients (ideally both B2B and B2C across several industry sectors) at a senior level.
Considerable and recent experience of leading or managing large scale multichannel marketing campaign/ technology/ data management/ BI projects within the Data Marketing Industry.
Experience in working collaboratively with other clientroster agencies and thirdparty suppliers.
Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
Energetic, resourceful, and capable of multitasking and prioritising when under pressure.
Ability to delegate effectively but also willing to take a handson approach when needed.

The role

The Client Services Director will head up the client delivery team of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to pull together the complete agency offering and boost client output.

There will be a focus on commercial delivery, team management,and solutions delivery.
