Desktop Support Analyst working for an established company offering hybrid working and 25 days holiday You will be working alongside the IT team supporting colleagues and clients with IT requirements.
The role:
- Providing support to colleagues and clients
- Helps resolve IT related issues
- Participate within team meetings and contributes new ideas
- Analyse how changes within IT can have a positive impact
- Assisting with supporting calls relating to desktop services.
- Help customers find the best solutions
- Assist with improving current processes
Looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Someone who has experience on all levels of Desktop Support
- Confident in speaking with colleagues and clients
- Has a desire to want to help and support customers
- Someone who is interested in IT
- You need to be proactive, a desire to get involved and help where needed.
- Someone who is motivated
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
- Attention to detail
- Have experience using Desktop, Laptops and Macs
