    Job Role: Regional Senior HR Advisor

    Location: Regular travel across South West England & some London

    Hybrid?: Yes - 3-4 days onsite. 1-2 days working from home.

    Salary: Up £50,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus

    We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with multi-site experience to join our client as a Regional Senior HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced organisation and partner with the Head of Operations and Operations Managers to drive the People and Talent strategy across 70+ locations.

    This well-known brand in the Retail & Food & Drink industry requires someone who will bring their energy, passion, and expertise in employee relations to help them continue investing in their people.

    • Talent Management & Success Planning: Ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time.
    • Employee Relations: Handle high-risk ER cases, always balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.
    • People Initiatives: Own and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse People-related trends and metrics (such as turnover, engagement survey results, and exit data) to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
    • Engagement and Listening: Play a key role in listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results, upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
    • Employee Development: Support talent appointments, attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Has proven experience as a multi-site HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
    • A Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HR IT systems, Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and present data effectively.
    • A flexible approach and willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.
    • An ambitious HR professional with the potential to grow and develop with a passion for people.
