The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth running of the C-suite executives schedules, meetings, travel and other commitments.

Main Duties / Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, working with internal and external individuals to arrange meetings and appointments.
- Developing and implementing effective systems and strategies to manage the activities and workload.
- Executive and company "town hall" meeting management, including Board meetings. This will include the scheduling of meetings, preparation of agenda, and preparing and circulating board packs and presentations.
- Manage document organisation and filing.
- Record and produce meeting minutes for key business meetings.
- Maintain accessible data and records.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
- Support other team members and ensure good communication channels are maintained.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information.
About You
Essential:
- Extensive experience working as a PA, EA or similar role in a relevant business environment.
- Experience liaising and building relationships with Csuite individuals.
- Experience working in a professional service environment.
- Experience managing diaries.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess strong IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, ensuring trust and professionalism.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Embrace a flexible working approach and take initiative to drive tasks forward autonomously.
- Proactive approach to workload management, adept at anticipating needs and efficiently prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion.
Shortlisting for this role will take place on the 29th and 30th April.
**Interviews will take place week commencing 13th May.
