Are you an administrative professional looking for a hybrid role in the higher education sector? Do you have excellent written and spoken communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within facilities and research teams at a leading London-based university.

This is a full-time temporary position which will run for 9 months, with an immediate start.


Administration Assistant Key Responsibilities**:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for administration queries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Coordinate team meetings, meticulously document minutes and actions.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, from interview scheduling to material preparation.
  • Maintain and update webpages and SharePoint content, showcasing the facilities and research.
  • Aid in financial administration, generating POs and addressing financerelated queries.
  • Contribute to the delivery and improvement of events and communications.

Administration Assistant Key Skills**:


  • A detailoriented mindset with proven experience in providing administrative assistance within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and comfortable managing data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting and delivering diverse communication materials.
