Description
A leading Private clinic based in Brighton, East Sussex are looking to recruit a 'Healthcare Assistant/ Phlebotomist'.

You MUST have previous experience working as a 'HCA' and be phlebotomy trained.

The role is paying £25-27K (Dependant on experience)


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To answer the patient phone line, taking messages for senior nurses and consultants, offering advice and support to patients whilst seeking advice from senior nurses and consultants where necessary.
  • Booking patient appointments for scans, blood tests, IUI procedures, egg collections and review consultations.
  • Maintain and organize the IDEAS lists by organising appointments for the day including sourcing of patient notes and preparing of blood/urine test forms and scan sheets.
  • Maintain the patient files, both paper and computerised, including filing of paperwork, patients' files, scanning documents and archiving notes.
  • Scrubbing and circulating in the operating theatre.
  • Ensuring that patients are comfortable following procedures

Required experience and skills:


  • Previous HCA experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Phlebotomy experience
