We have an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and self-motivated Lecturer in Childcare/Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team on an hourly paid basis.
Main Duties of the Role:
Your role will involve delivering an ambitious curriculum to all students while maintaining the highest professional standards. This includes efficiently managing the delivery of allocated teaching programmes and handling associated organisational, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
The main duties of the position will require you to undertake scheduled teaching, including preparation, assessment, and evaluation of delivery.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant and current industrial experience and/or a Level 4 or above teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE), or willingness to work towards it.
Experience supporting learning in an educational environment.
Recent industrial/vocational/occupational updating.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Suitability to work with children and/or vulnerable adults.
