    Exceptional Customer Service Role at Tesco Bank

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Travel Service Partner in one of our busy retail environments. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers to provide expert advice on their foreign exchange needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel requirements and tailor their experience accordingly
    • Establishing yourself as a trusted travel money advisor, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
    • Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers
    • Delivering against key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
    • Utilising your attention to detail to process online FX requests and deliveries
    • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

    Requirements

    • Numerical proficiency, with a firm grasp of numbers for handling cash and currency transactions
    • Basic IT skills, with ability to use in-house systems and ordering systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
    • Demonstrated desire to succeed, with a drive to make a positive impact and enjoy the role

    The Interview Process

    Our Talent Acquisition Partners will review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and invite successful candidates to online interviews, including a numerical and accuracy test. If successful, you will be invited to visit the bureau for a face-to-face interview with the Bureau Manager.
