Description

We are a Residential Care Home, caring for 27 residents, many of whom have dementia.

Duties will include:

Preparing and serving different choices for Evening Tea, which is run on a four week rotation menu and includes Soup, Sandwiches and hot option.

Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy with the use of a cleaning rota, to adhere to Food Hygiene, Infection Control and COSHH safety standards.

Keeping the safety checks and record keeping up to date.

Experience of cooking in a care environment preferable.

Working hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

Overtime avaiable to cover annual leave and sickness.

Full induction package and training provided.
