Exterius FM are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join our grounds maintenance division working on our commercial client sites across the Midlands.


This role will be part working on your own and part supported by another Team Member with duties to include hedge trimming, grass cutting (pedestrian and ride on) and strimming, leaf collection, weed control and litter picking - there is no chainsaw tree work requirements.


The sites we service range from health clubs to business parks to distribution centres to office blocks which we have serviced for many years meaning all sites are in great condition, this is not one off landscaping works or one off improvement contracts, they have their rota visits all year round.


Experience is required in this role and the immediate ability to turn your hand to grounds maintenance duties will be required, site familiarisation will be given along with full uniform and PPE.


The working day begins at 6:15am and on average finishes at 4:00pm with occasional needs for overtime on a Saturday (paid at £150 extra) with notice to work.

£27,000.00 per year
