Description

Reporting to the Director of the company, the Event Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting all the projects the company are working on and providing administrative support to the Director, Project Managers and wider team where required.

Working hours, 8.30-5pm 5 days a week, office based in Marlow.

4th September start - initially 3 months but may be extended depending on project pipeline.

£ £13.00 per hour.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with internal project teams
  • Delegate management creating, managing and editing websites and registration forms, creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions and being the main point of contact for all delegate queries
  • Data entry into client's system to report on anticipated delegate spend and reconciled delegate spend
  • Supporting with proposals and undertaking venue sourcing, flight rationales and event research
  • General event administration
