My client is an established private school looking for an experienced
Facilities Officerjoin their expanding Estates and Facilities team at their Victoria-based site.


The role will work in close conjunction with the Facilities Manager, Facilities Supervisor, and members of the Senior Leadership Team in-order to maintain the day-to-day upkeep of their premises.


Duties include:

  • To assist with the efficient and effective management of the premises and, both the daytoday reactive, and planned preventative maintenance.
  • To maintain full and accurate records of all maintenance activities;
  • To ensure the maintenance of all school buildings, grounds and utilities and reporting and recording repairs and defects.
  • To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes of practice;
  • To ensure the buildings and grounds are kept secure;
  • To open and close the buildings as necessary, ensuring the site is secure and the intruder alarm systems are set correctly;
  • To assist with the organisation and delivery of lettings and school functions

Salary:
£27, ,500 (dependant on experience)

Full time role, 40 hours per week on the following rotating shift pattern:

  • Monday to Friday 06.30 to 14.30 to include a one half hour paid lunch break
  • Monday to Friday 14.30 to 22.30 to include a one half hour paid lunch break
