Join a friendly independent pharmacy group as a Pharmacist Manager, leading their store in Gloucester (GL10).
The stores operate on a centralised purchasing model which allows the pharmacies to focus on patients and services.

Essential Requirements

Professional and competent GPHC accredited and registered Pharmacist.
Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
Strong experience of running a busy community pharmacy.
Customerfocussed and enjoys delivering an excellent service.
Enjoys offering services such as NMS, Flu Vaccinations, Blood Pressure checks and PGD's.
Ability to lead and manage a team.

Role Responsibilities

Dispensing Prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.
Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting GP's orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles, and prescribing errors.
Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organising and directing Dispenser's workflow, verifying their preparation, and labelling of medicines verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals, counselling patients on drug therapies.
Undertaking medicine reviews (MUR's) and other advance services to help patients.
