Mark Allen is one of the UK's fastest growing media organisations, driven by 550 MAG-nificent individuals. We are recruiting a Sales Director to join our inspirational team in our Herne Hill office. Knowledge of HR is not essential, but a desire to learn about this continuously evolving sector is. This is a fantastic opportunity to join THE number one, award-winning title in HR.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, with a starting salary of up to £50,000 (DOE) plus OTE.

We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and develop the brand to further broaden the sphere of influence it has in the industry
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial roadmap that will propel HR Magazine to new heights
Unearth hidden revenue streams through new business opportunities that will expand HR Magazine's reach
Nurture and cultivate strong and lasting relationships with HR Magazine's customers, ensuring their continued success
Develop a deep understanding of market trends and use that knowledge to help shape the future of HR Magazine
Generate creative, multitouch packages that overdeliver on client objectives and maximise revenue and profitability
Take ownership of forecasting and display sound management and strategic planning around the budget process

Foster a collaborative approach of working with the content and marketing teams to maximise client ROI

Line management after successfully passing your probation period
