We are looking for an experienced business consulting leader to join our team, focusing on Success & Growth for our clients and consulting business.

You'll be working with some of the most senior people in the Retail & Institutional Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance sector, to establish business value and future direction.

This is a role with a high degree of exposure to Senior Leadership. You'll have the un-paralleled opportunity to work with and learn from these senior leaders.


Role Overview:

-
Advisor for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting business transformation programs of clients, including transformation assessment, framework development & implementation, new products design, digital & sales technology tools.

Problem solver, providing solutions on specific areas of transformation initiatives, for example digital enablement, business improvement and operations infrastructure optimization.

  • Working together with Leadership on devising business strategies aimed at improving sales productivity, process standardization, digital tool adoption, and overall business performance improvement.
  • Working with team, to provide endtoend solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development.

Contributorto business development with shadow P&L responsibility and thought leadership for the consulting business unit through participation in areas such as training, methodology and toolkit development.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from a leading school
  • Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance
  • Demonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology, to delivering new age propositions across the business value chain.
  • Welldeveloped core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be selfdirected and be an independent contributor to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA from a leading business school
years of consulting experience

  • Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Payments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance
  • Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills
  • Experience of working in Agile
  • Proficiency with Process modelling tools such as ARIS / Visio / Bizagi
  • Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.

Personality and Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads.
  • A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives.

£65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
