Payroll Elite have partnered with this International organisation who are looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator / Advisor who is fluent in French.
This is a fully remote role working within a team to assist in processing EMEIA payrolls includingtheir French payroll.Job Purpose:
Helping deliver the company's payrolls accurately and on time
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a team to help produce their monthly payroll
- Checking and transferring data to third party payroll providers
- Processing all payroll related variations such as sickness, maternity, commission, bonus, merit reviews, etc in accordance with statutory rules
- Running and extracting reports to assist with payroll checking
- Processing tax documentation such as starter and leaver forms and declarations
- Responding to enquiries from employees within timelines
- Undertaking detailed payroll checking procedures including assessing and explaining pay variations
- Processing garnishments including associated correspondence
- Reviewing mailboxes and folders to ensure that all instructions have been addressed
- Assisting with the funding and payment processes

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required:
- Fluent in French is essentail
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
