Payroll Elite have partnered with this International organisation who are looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator / Advisor who is fluent in French.

This is a fully remote role working within a team to assist in processing EMEIA payrolls includingtheir French payroll.


Job Purpose:

Helping deliver the company's payrolls accurately and on time


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working in a team to help produce their monthly payroll
  • Checking and transferring data to third party payroll providers
  • Processing all payroll related variations such as sickness, maternity, commission, bonus, merit reviews, etc in accordance with statutory rules
  • Running and extracting reports to assist with payroll checking
  • Processing tax documentation such as starter and leaver forms and declarations
  • Responding to enquiries from employees within timelines
  • Undertaking detailed payroll checking procedures including assessing and explaining pay variations
  • Processing garnishments including associated correspondence
  • Reviewing mailboxes and folders to ensure that all instructions have been addressed
  • Assisting with the funding and payment processes

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required:


  • Fluent in French is essentail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
