Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a Temporary contract for 6-12 months with the below working hours which is on a rota basis, Monday to Friday
07H30 to 15H30
08H30 to 16H30

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitating all actions necessary to assist Product Line Managers to develop sales in the specified region
Co-ordinate with the various product development teams to penetrate areas for new products and assist with any promotional activities
Carry out co-ordination of quotations
Provide timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer service
Proactively contribute to all team projects
Generate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order management
Ensure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours
Flexible as customer and team requirements change
Ensure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
On Time Delivery focus and Root Cause Analysis
Ensures all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthly

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Good interpersonal skills are a necessity
Previous experience in inside sales / customer service is desirable
Good communication skills, both written & verbal are essential
Analytical and detail conscious with a commitment to excellence
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Flexible approach within an ever changing environment
Ability to positively promote a professional way of working culture
Highly ethical and can work in a team environment
SAP and CRM knowledge is preferable
