We're looking for a Sales Training Coordinator to join our growing Knowledge team.

The Role:


  • Assist in developing, facilitate, and execute a growth training plan for all sales teams across the organisation.
  • Assist in developing a Sales Academy Framework to support the onboarding and development of new salespeople.
  • Partner with internal and external key stakeholders to plan and deliver suitable product training.
  • Work closely with vendors to arrange sales events including call out days, training days and remote learning sessions.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to support with 121 learning, coaching and mentoring and to ensure our salespeople achieve the require behaviours.

Essential

  • Previous experience in a sales role dealing with customers up to Corporate and Enterprise Level
  • Sales Coaching experience

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly developing product mix
  • Strong cultural presence demonstrating commitment to the Chess Blueprint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great motivational skills
  • A clear understanding of the training cycle
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Essential to have up to date knowledge of the technologies surrounding Chess Product Set
  • Understanding of partner/reseller channel
  • Must be able to plan, design and deliver sales training sessions for all our divisions
  • Passionate about Technology and understand Internet Connectivity, Unified Communications and Cyber Security Solutions.

Salary details:
Up to £30,000 dependent on experience plus monthly Growth Bonus

Hours: 371⁄2 hours Monday to Friday

Alderley Edge, Remote or Hybrid


Allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK.

Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
