The People Team are responsible for recruiting and retaining the best talent and keeping them happy. As part of this we want our People processes to be smooth and efficient. We want to bring someone onboard who will be the guru of People, processes and programs at CSM.

This role is key to continuing our high-performance culture that is underpinned by our brand mission, as well as ambitious standards for every member of our team.

This role will be the driving force behind any changes and implement improvement initiatives, ensuring that we have efficient systems and processes.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire, including benefits management, payroll, all administrative aspects and all employee files and reporting documentation.
  • Act as the liaison between the P&T Generalists Team, Talent Acquisition and P&T Operations Team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation and work on integrating these into our ways of working and/or Workday.
  • Maintain the P&T Playbook, make sure that it is uptodate and amend as and when process changes are made. Make sure that new joiners to the team know where it is kept and how to use it.
  • Work alongside the Workday team to streamline our systems and ensure that we are maximising Workday functionality.
