Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge?

Reed Education is currently seeking a Secondary School Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school community in Didcot.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide support to students in their learning and development.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with lesson preparation and planning
Providing onetoone support for students who require extra help
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Delivering small group interventions to support students with specific needs
Providing feedback and progress reports to teachers and parents
