Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for a 6 month role based in central Hull, although there is a possibility that the job may become permanent.

Working day shift Monday to Friday, duties will include:


  • Maintain internal databases
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital)
  • Maintaining the purchase order system
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organise, store and print company documents as needed
  • Answer and redirect phone calls as well as first contact for visitors
  • Process time sheets
  • Maintain and report Sustainability data
  • Maintain and report RFA data
  • Provide HR Data & monitoring Health & Safety data
  • Maintaining training records

Other responsibilities to include:


  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • General admin duties
  • Purchase invoicing

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£23,000.00-£23,920.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
