Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel for the managing director
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents
- Perform data entry and update records using computerised systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in a professional services environment
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing (60 words per minute), filing, and data entry
- Familiarity with computerised systems such as Google Suite
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
