We have a great opportunity for an experienced and customer-focussed first line business
Software Support Specialist to join us on a full-time permanent basis working with software from The Access group.

**Our Software Support Specialist can be based anywhere in the UK, working from home and any of our offices across Scotland. There will be aspects of travel, so we'll need you to have flexibility to travel when required.

The Role


You will take a lead role with our software and systems within organisational initiatives to improve our processes along with regularly evaluating training and make improvements.


It would be great if you have experience in Access People Planner and Care Planner but it's not a deal breaker if you worked with similar integrated systems as you will be given expert training to take on the position of Business Analyst or Project Manager.

What we need you to bring;

  • Experience supporting business software users.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of specialist software and business processes.
  • Confidence to provide training to individuals and small groups of both new and expert users.
  • A cando solution focussed approach.
  • Great time management and organisational skills.
  • An analytical and problemsolving approach.
  • A creative, innovative and imaginative outlook.
  • Ability to produce high quality work.
