Main Responsibilities:

Deliver print and electronic direct marketing campaigns, identifying target audience lists, agreeing campaign schedules, briefing internal teams and providing qualified sales leads according to agreed criteria
Create and manage online advertising strategy through paid search and social channels to drive lead generation
Liaise with partner agencies to ensure maximum return on investment against growth strategy
Coordinate company's presence at trade shows, conferences and seminars
Source and maintain branded promotional goods to support sales and marketing activities
Coordinate translation of all content required to support regional marketing programs
Manage content on regional website with relevant content, news of forthcoming events and promotional campaign codes
Analysis and regular reporting on performance against KPIs and critical measures of performance and effectiveness
Carry out other such duties as may reasonably be required, commensurate with the grade of this post

Key Skills/Experience:

Sound understanding of marketing principles, particularly B2B
Creating and delivering direct marketing campaigns from copywriting to audience segmentation
Experience in coordinating endtoend marketing communications projects
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Business/marketing degree or equivalent (desirable)
Experienced in PPC, Paid Ads & Organic Ads across digital & social platforms
Interest in psychology, human behaviour, personality profiling etc
