Management Accountant - £45,000 - £50,000 - Surrey (Hybrid working)

We are excited to be partnering with an early stage, Private Equity backed buy and build group, who see to recruit a Management Accountant.

The role includes responsibility for the following areas:

Monthly Group management accounts preparation and reporting, with usual commentary to explain variances against budget
Liaison with the rest of the Finance team to ensure month end close deadlines are met
Assist with the Integration of acquisitions as they occur
Assist preparation of annual budget including liaison with operational staff to attain "buy in".
Assist Annual external audit preparation and management of fieldwork and statutory accounts preparation
Input into the development and maintenance of the Groups internal control systems and processes, including being part of the team to implement new software systems to keep pace with growth

About you
Our client seeks qualified accountant with 3+ years' recent experience producing monthly management accounts.

Ideally exposure to a multi-site service business with centralised finance function with a strong technical accounting grounding, with an appreciationof the need for intuitive but flexible systems and processes.
