The Infrastructure Advisory team provides advisory and financing services focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt advisory to a global client base.

We are looking for an off-cycle intern with a strong interest in the infrastructure sector.

What role will you play?


You will work with the senior team and engage with clients to originate and execute opportunities to provide tailored, innovative solutions to maximise their opportunities in global markets.

Additionally, you will be required to research and evaluate company and infrastructure industry specific financial information, whilst assisting in financial analysis in financial models supporting valuation and quantitative analysis.

You will also be involved in preparing client presentations and due diligence processes.


What you offer

  • You are a student in your final or penultimate year of university (bachelor or master) or a recent graduate with outstanding academic performance
  • You have finished a prior internship in a relevant field
  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem solving and numerical analysis
  • Thorough grasp of financial concepts
  • Strong interest in infrastructure
  • You must be an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English. Any other language skills are advantageous.
