To maintain an accurate information system on all cost rates within GRS trading. Maintenance and updating within the system. Liaise with suppliers, Trading, management teams and Head Office. This role is integral to the GRS organization. Report and working closely with National Commercial Administration Manager.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties are many and varied, But as a vital team member of the team, with primary responsibility to:
- Costbook management
- all processes and requirements are met, including receiving, vetting and acceptance of costbook requests.
- Maintain costbook system for accurate information on system cost rates, start dates, material descriptions, Supplier and source information.
- Price increase Implementation
- Supplier query Management
- To identify and resolve potential problems occurring. Proactive in recognising and avoidance of potential errors within the system.
- To report to the manager on errors or risk to the business
- Establish and build healthy relationships with suppliers, Head office team and the trading team is integral to the role
- Prepare reports figures/trends in the business
- To support the sales managers in training of process
- Any other additional tasks as may be required by the manager or directors
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
- Outstanding organisational skills

- Proficient experience with Office 365
