With a highly supportive marketing team behind you and leads from our client's introductory company, the Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be responsible for training and motivating the small team of 2 (lead qualifier, 1 insurance broker, 1 mortgage broker).

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Full CeMap or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 24 months experience
• Capable of writing at least 4 new mortgages a week
• Strong cross sales track record
• Strong compliance knowledge
• Able to go above and beyond for our clients
• Comfortable building relationships with the Estate Agency team
• Ability to provide advice on a range of products & services to meet your customers' needs
