ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Social Media Manager to take on the role of
Social Media Instructor at the Academy of Digital Industries UK.

As a Social Media Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social media education and training to students in the UK market.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:

Develop and deliver social media courses and modules to students, including workshops, masterclasses and assessments
Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the curriculum
Be passionate about providing mentorship, direction, and sharing your knowledge by interacting with students.
Lead onsite workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and projectbased learning.
Bring the learning experience to life by building community and enhancing relevance by drawing on your own industry experience
Provide support and encouragement to students as they go through a lifechanging experience.
Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment for our students
A passion for teaching
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

4+ years of proven experience in the field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
Great networking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
Experience in curriculum development and course design is preferred

DESIRABLE but not required;

Location:
Central London London

Pay Rate:
Hourly £70-£100P/H

Engagement Hours: 19:00 - 21:00

Engagement Days: 2 or 4 days a week (free decision).
