    Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of a high volume outbound B2B sales team and elevate performance to the next level.

    The Role


    This is no ordinary Sales Manager position.

    This is hands on leadership in a fast paced, target driven B2B environment. You will be visible on the floor, in the numbers and embedded in performance every single day.

    You will:

    • Lead, motivate and develop an outbound B2B sales team
    • Deliver and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • Create a culture where nearly at target simply is not good enough
    • Coach consistently to improve conversion, call quality and sales process
    • Use KPIs and Salesforce data to identify gaps and act fastDrive energy, pace and accountability across the team
    • Celebrate wins and support your team through challenges
    • Build an engaged, high performance culture where people thrive

    You will know what good looks like in a B2B sales process and be able to communicate and demonstrate it. You will not hesitate to show your team how it is done.
