Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries.


Job purpose
In your new role as a Mobile Regional Handy Person you will be responsible for undertaking:

  • Window Cleaning, PAT Testing and Fire Door Check PPM's in line with SFG20
  • Ensure all test equipment used is calibrated, safe & appropriate for use, reporting any issues to management
  • Ensure all access equipment used is inspected prior to use & safe for use, reporting any issues to management
  • Assist in maintaining & achieving compliance in all statutory activities & escalate to management where not if required
  • Required to produce all required certification or recording of results on work records sheets in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for keeping your vehicle tidy & ready for inspection at any time
  • Covering for Site Team when required covering cleaning and caretaking duties
  • Working as a mobile team, prepared to travel & able to work away from home on overnight stays
  • Always ensure site team are fully aware & up to date with works carried out & condition
  • Able to accurately pass information to site team on ordering parts required
  • Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds, to maintain assets
  • Attend meetings & training as & when required
  • Ensure all PPM maintenance works meets
    SFG20 standards

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Full clean Driving Licence
  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  • Willing to undertake relevant training for the role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Working.
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
  • You'll need to be highly selfmotivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
