Work in close collaboration with the Business Support Manager to provide day to day support for the countywide business support function.

Act as a role model in terms of integrity and professional standards. Provide project support for projects or project work streams within the service delivery plan as directed by project leads. Support project leads to ensure that projects deliver against commissioned targets.


Effectively manage key organizational tasks as directed by project leads to include collation of information, management of spreadsheets and process co-ordination.

Engage and work with a range of stakeholders. Responsibility for the co-ordination of patient and carer experience feedback systems and processes.

Visit main bases and satellite bases across the county to ensure that systems and processes are working effectively and undertake real time surveys with clients.

Responsible for the provision of outstanding customer service. Ensure patient experience feedback underpins service improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively to develop systems that promote the valued image of people who use services, keeping information received confidential in line with the organizational policies Work in close collaboration with our partner service to support the Emergency Provisions activity and new initiatives that may benefit our clients Provide support in mapping business processes for new and enhanced service pathways.

Assist in the testing of local configuration of the Clinical EPR with other stakeholders so it continues to meet the needs of the service To provide system administration support on the Clinical EPR, providing local set-up and configuration for new starters and leavers.

Responsible for the collation, analysis and reporting of performance data for projects and in particular Patient and Carer feedback. Presenting complex information succinctly in a range of formats including verbally and using information technology.

Provide support for the Central Referral Hub processing function to ensure the referral, appointment, discharge, and communications systems are operated effectively to achieve processing standards and commissioned targets.

Minute taking at project meetings, senior management meetings, multi-disciplinary team meetings, safeguarding meetings and other meetings as required.


Responsible for booking venues, preparing Agendas, accurate and comprehensive transcribing of minutes and ensuring actions arising from the meeting are dealt with as appropriate.

Assist in the interview, recruitment and induction processes for Business Support staff Assist in the provision of a professional front line service, demonstrating a high degree of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality for service users, carers, health professionals and 3rd party organizations.

Responsible for drafting non-clinical letters, typing clinical and administrative documents in agreed formats and within specified timescales. Ensure documents produced are of high quality in terms of presentation and accuracy and that confidentiality is always maintained.
