Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Representative. As a Client Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills

Salary:
From £23,549.73 per year
