Client Advisor - Risk Management
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Risk Management team based in Norwich.

This is the perfect role for someone with a background in corporate or commercial insurance having worked in a Handler/Broker type role previously looking to join an established, market leading insurance broker.

Other corporate/commercial based experience such as Underwriting may be considered.

We will rely on you to:

  • Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes
  • Partner with Account Executives to help them achieve sales goals
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and midterm adjustments for a number of our larger accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
  • Offer technical support for complex or highpriority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and maintain a mutual internal and external understanding.
  • Serve as a client contact for daytoday needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients

What you need to have:


  • Previous experience within a similar role within commercial or corporate insurance
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to advise and negotiate.
  • The ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
