Nursery Teaching Assistant
Calling all CACHE Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants looking for a great role in a lovely Watford Nursery

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic Nursery School located in Watford, Hertfordshire.

They are looking to recruit at least two Nursery TA's who are keen to work in a lively, large nursery with 75 children split across 3 classes.


Nursery TA's - Must hold CACHE Level 2 or 3

Lovely Nursery School with 75 children across 3 classes by age group

Full time role over 4 or 5 days per week working the same hours (37 in either pattern)

Post could become permanent for the right staff members

£80 £100 per day (based on shift pattern)


This exceptional Early Years Nursery is over subscribed on a yearly basis as its reputation for giving children the best start to their educational journey is second to none.

Due to expansion the Nursery is looking to bring in a minimum of two Nursery TeachingAssistants on a temporary to permanent basis at the earliest opportunity.


Currently there are 3 classes of 2, 3 and 4 year olds separated by age and the opportunity would be to work in a year group of your choice with each age having differing needs.

The school is well resourced and has recently been awarded an 'Outstanding' gradefrom Ofsted.

To join us and be successful in this Nursery Teaching Assistant role we require:

  • Experience working as a TA in a similar setting holding at least CACHE Level 2 qualification
  • Plenty of energy and enthusiasm to inspire early learners
  • Be available for a longterm role with the desire to take on a permanent position if all goes well
  • Be keen to continue your own personal development taking part in regular CPD session
This is a full-time role with the Nursery being open between 8am and 6pm.

Staff will work either a 4 day or 5-day week based on preference with both making for 37 hour working weeks.
