RPS is seeking an efficient Administrator to join our operations support team, looking after our Services UK business.

What you'll be doing


As our Administrator, you will support the team on a variety of administration tasks within the fleet, logistics and health and safety areas of our water operations sector.

This will include supporting the management and field-based teams in resolving operational issues such as:


  • Organise courier collections and deliveries and deal with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Updating information on RPS inhouse systems
  • Act on jobs allocated through an online help desk system
  • Communicating with our clients in relation to new starters and confirming back to them when registration is complete
  • Process orders and raising purchase requisitions
  • Booking travel and hotel bookings

Who we're looking for?

  • Able to prioritise your own workload to deliver competing requests based on urgency
  • Works effectively within a small team, working towards set objectives within deadlines with a flexible with a cando attitude
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always upheld when liaising with clients and customers
  • Highly motivated, accurate, works well under pressure and has a 'can do' approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Has aptitude to learn new systems and processes
